Connecting to the Blast Network

Engaging with the Blast Network requires adding it as a custom network in your EVM-compatible wallet. MetaMask, known for its versatility and widespread adoption, is our recommended choice for this purpose.

Quick Connection via Blast Explorer

1. Visit Blastscan.io for Mainnet or testnet.blastscan.io for Testnet.

2. Scroll to the footer and click the “Add Blast Mainnet” or “Add Blast Testnet Sepolia Network” button.

3. In the MetaMask prompt, approve adding the network.

Manual Connection to MetaMask

For a more hands-on approach or if the quick method does not work, follow these steps to manually add the Blast Network:

For Mainnet:

1. Open MetaMask and access the network selection dropdown at the top.

2. Select “Add Network” then “Add a network manually.”

3. Fill in the details as follows:

   • Network Name: Blast

   • RPC Endpoint: https://rpc.blast.io (or choose any other provided public RPC endpoints)

   • Chain ID: 81457

   • Currency Symbol: ETH

   • Block Explorer: https://blastscan.io

4. Click “Save” to add Blast Mainnet.

For Testnet:

1. Follow the same steps as for Mainnet, using the Blast Sepolia testnet details:

   • Network Name: Blast Sepolia

   • RPC Endpoint: https://sepolia.blast.io

   • Chain ID: 168587773

   • Currency Symbol: ETH

   • Block Explorer: https://testnet.blastscan.io
